The answer is a four-story timber-framed structure which will serve as much more than a future residence for Clarkson's Presidents. The Lower Level is sunk into the hill, with solely interior and eastern exterior access from Clarkson Avenue. Here, a two-vehicle garage consumes the northern third. The central core is home to entranceways, the stairs and elevator, closets, and public bathrooms for events. In the southern end is a large food prep room, laundry, and the mechanical room.
On the first floor, the northern end will feature a large open living room with a gas fireplace at about midlength on the main exterior wall. The central core offers storage and access to the west side's porch. Over in the southwestern corner is the dining room, with a pantry and kitchen separating it from the sitting area at the southeastern corner. From above, the first floor juts out quite a bit on the eastern side. The porch on the western side provides the access to the wheelchair ramp that slopes down the southwest corner of the terrace, which wraps from the southeast corner along the southern side and around to the porch.
Heading up the stairs, the second floor is home to three regular bedrooms on the northern end with two full baths, and a sitting room looking out towards the trees and Moore House. In the southwestern corner is an office for the President's use. The rest of the southern end is the President's bedroom with two closets and a larger full bath.
