Aeronautical engineering professor Ken Visser took advantage of some nice fall Potsdam weather and brought his class, and even a chalkboard, outside for lecture at the picnic tables between CAMP and Cheel. Not many professors take advantage of rare nice days, but when they do students are appreciative. There probably won't be many more days nice enough to have class outside, unless students and professors want to sit or stand in snow. Speaking of snow, the first snow came to Potsdam last week, but none of it stuck. With hockey well underway, leaves falling, and days quickly getting colder, winter is almost here.
