Housing/Alcohol Violation
Townhouse Apartments
Officers responded to a complaint of a large party where alcohol was served and underage people were present. The party was closed, disciplinary action to follow.

Burglary
Old Snell Hall
Person(s) unknown broke into a locked room inside the boiler room and removed some light wire and possibly some copper fittings. Case open, PPD advised.

Motor Vehicle Accident
Woodstock Village parking lot
Student loss control of her vehicle when turning onto the WSV roadway from Clarkson Avenue, sliding into a snow bank. Minor damage reported. Wrecker called to assist in removing vehicle. Case closed.

Cheel Parking Lot
Student was ticketed for speed unreasonable when he slid his vehicle into a parked vehicle. Case closed.

Fire Alarm
Woodstock Village
Safety & Security, along with Potsdam Fire responded to find that residents had burned their dinner. Apartment ventilated, alarm reset.

Unlawful Possession of Marijuana
Brooks House
Student found in unlawful possession of marijuana. Evidence confiscated and TOT to PPD. Disciplinary action to follow.

Trespassing
Indoor Rec. Center
Safety & Security escorted a suspicious person from the IRC. Subject found to be acting strangely and was neither a Student, Staff, nor Gym member. Subject advised he must obtain membership to return.

Fire Alarm
Reynolds House
Safety & Security, along with Potsdam Fire responded to an alarm activated by a student's stereo which had "shorted out," causing some a light amount of smoke.

Motor Vehicle Accident
Campus Access Road
While driving his vehicle from the Cheel Service road onto the Access Road, he slid his vehicle into a ditch causing minor damage to the front end. Martin's towing and PPD called to assist.
