Safety & Security assisted PPD in a Property damage complaint involving damage to his motor-vehicle by another that had left the scene. Case Open.

Person(s) unknown, sometime around the hour of 3:25 a.m. (on the above date) threw a beer bottle busting a building 8A apartment window. Case Open.

SUNY Potsdam Student issued Persona Non Grata letter (no trespassing on campus) from Safety & Security after being arrested for harassing a Clarkson resident student off campus.

Student Sports-Car Club Garage
Student Sports-Car Club member reported needing to use a fire extinguisher on a small oil fire caused by the use of a cutting torch. Case Closed.

Walker Center
Potsdam Rescue along with Safety & Security responded to Walker Center to assist a female student who had injured her knee while playing soccer. Transported to CPH for evaluation and treatment.

On 2/4 at 4:30 p.m. person(s) unknown, removed a TI-92 graphing calculator from a student's book-bag that was left unattended on a table inside the library.

SAS Center Core
Safety & Security identified several students found to have been tampering with campus vending machines. Vending Co. not prosecuting, but warns that people have perished when vending machines have toppled on them when being rocked.

Person(s) unknown, sometime during the evening of 2/5 had apparently jumped on the hood of an Aramark employee's vehicle that was parked in the back parking lot of the Cheel Campus Center. Case Open.

Resident student reports having personal property (clothes) taken from her room and dresser. Case Open.

Aramark reports that a company van was damaged when snow fell from the roof of the Cheel Campus Center loading dock area.

A maintenance worker accidentally backed his work vehicle into the personal vehicle of another maintenance worker causing minor damage. PPD advised.

Safety & Security responded to a fire alarm, activated by a faulty heater emanating little smoke. Maintenance and Potsdam Fire on scene. Area secured and alarm reset.
