He made no attempt to hide the fact that he had ADD. This was apparent to the audience in that he lost his train of thought many times, often resulting in several comedic tangents, before he finished his initial joke. This didn't detract from the show, however, it made it all the more enjoyable.
The act wasn't packed with pre-planned jokes. Most of the comedy seemed improvised. As a result, the show felt more like an evening of joking around with your friends. The audience appeared enthralled with all of Belville's anecdotes. Nearly everyone in the crowd was hunched over laughing throughout the entirety of the show.
Some of the jokes were tailored to the Clarkson community. The entire room roared when Belville outlined the results of a fight between a Golden Knight and a Dutchman. "Look I have wooden shoes. Stab. Game Over."
The rest of Belville's material ranged from Chemistry and Physics to old people on drugs. He was not afraid to tackle the tough, controversial issues, like homophobia, Taco Bell, and beaver testicles. Hopefully we can learn from these insights and incorporate them into society.
